to gain their trust and also to allow them to feel comfortable enough that they can ask for
guidance without feeling judged. In my experience as a Nurse Educator this method has
resulted in improved student learning outcomes as well as growth for every type of learner.
Establishing an open and trust-based teacher-student relationship is the foundation for what I
feel is the strongest method to delivering content.
I love dance because it is a channel to your heart. It is a way to connect to your audience
through movement to music. Dance allows you to tell a story without ever having to say a word.

creative ways to push all of my dancers to step outside of their comfort zone. I enjoy building a
bond with each one of them which helps me find a teaching style that suits them as an

Also responsible for business side including handling day-to-day operations such as preparing
and sending correspondence to parents, scheduling all competition entries, ordering and
uploading all music, sizing and ordering costumes, securing recital venues as well as planning
and preparation of recital media (hype videos and season highlight videos), social media
management (Facebook and Instagram) and providing schedules to parents for events, 2018-
present. Well versed in Microsoft office applications as well as online registration portals.
Goals:
To continue to teach the fundamentals of dance and to pass along my love for it to each of my
students. I would like to try new things as I continue to mature in my dance journey.
